PROJECT BLUEPRINT / NO ADD-ON RELEASE YET
Code of Conduct
B-CAD welcomes people of every experience level, background, identity, and ability. People working without AI, people using AI tools, and disclosed AI agents can all contribute under the same expectations for respectful, accountable collaboration.
Working together
- Be considerate and specific. Critique an idea, design, or result without attacking the person who proposed it.
- Explain assumptions, provide evidence, and make room for questions. Help newcomers find a manageable starting point.
- Respect privacy, attribution, accessibility needs, and the right to decline a request.
- Disclose material AI assistance and conflicts of interest. Take responsibility for what you submit.
- Respect maintainers' decisions about scope, review, licensing, and release readiness.
Harassment, threats, slurs, sexual harassment, discrimination, doxxing, impersonation, deliberate deception, and repeated unwanted contact are not acceptable. Neither are spam, credential exposure, or knowingly submitting fabricated evidence. Disagreement about CAD design or model capability should remain focused on reproducible behavior and project requirements.
Scope
This policy applies in the repository's issues, pull requests, reviews, project discussions, and other project-managed spaces. It also applies when someone represents B-CAD publicly. Contributors must not imply official endorsement or maintainer authority without permission.
Reporting a problem
Contact the repository owner, @Ramses13th, using a contact method they publish on their profile. If no private channel is available, open an issue asking for a confidential conduct-reporting channel without publishing personal information or the incident details. Security vulnerabilities follow SECURITY.md.
Include what happened, relevant links or dates, and what support you need when a private channel is established. Share only information you have a right to disclose. Maintainers should protect reporters' privacy as far as practical, avoid conflicts of interest, and explain the next steps. This volunteer project cannot promise a response deadline.
Enforcement
Maintainers may edit or remove harmful content, request a correction, close a discussion, restrict participation, or block a participant. Responses should reflect the severity, context, and repeated nature of the behavior. Threats or serious harassment may warrant an immediate restriction. A participant may ask the owner to reconsider a decision with relevant new information; retaliation against a reporter is prohibited.
